These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website holygrailcleaning.com (the "Site") and any cleaning services provided by Holy Grail Cleaning LLC ("Holy Grail," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide residential, rental, and commercial cleaning services in Utah County, Utah. Specific services and pricing are described on this Site and confirmed in writing in each individual quote.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may be adjusted if conditions on site materially differ from what was described. Booking is confirmed when both parties have agreed to a date, time, and price.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
Payment terms are stated in each quote. Standard residential cleans are typically paid upon completion. Property management and commercial contracts may be invoiced monthly. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as indicated.
If any portion of a clean does not meet our quality standards, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This is your sole remedy.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to disclose any safety hazards (broken glass, mold, biohazards, aggressive pets, etc.) before the clean. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
We carry general liability insurance and a workers' compensation coverage waiver as required by the State of Utah. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance, or normal wear that becomes apparent through cleaning. Claims must be reported within 48 hours.
Holy Grail Cleaning LLC operates independently and is not affiliated with any property management company, listing platform, or insurance carrier referenced on this Site.
The Site, including its text, graphics, logo, and design, is the property of Holy Grail Cleaning LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use any portion without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
